摘  要
Flash技术和动画结合,可以融多媒体和互动两个特性,具体来说,它一改将平面漫画照搬到网络上仍然是静态页面的展现形态,而实现了动态页面,生成了一种新的表现形态:动态漫画乃至互动漫画。随着网络多媒体制作技术的发展,音乐、动漫、文字实现了互相穿插链接是一个迫近的趋势,内容变的越来越精彩纷呈。以互联网多媒体为方向的多元媒体相互竞争、并行发展的格局。随着上网人数的剧增,越来越多的商业客户开始重视网络这个宣传、展示的平台,网络广告近些年也呈快速发展之势。在网络广告的发展历程中,简单的静态的banner广告形式已经不能满足客户的要求,因此,又出现了漂浮广告、弹出式广告以及大幅面广告等众多形式,笔者在考察了众多的网络广告形式之后,又结合了传统广告的制作、创意等情况,认为未来的网络广告形式中,Flash广告将大有可为。
本文介绍了Flash动画制作中最基础的知识以及在Flash CS3软件环境下制作Flash广告动画的过程和一些相关的应用方法,并通过制作Flash广告动画向大家展示出Flash动画的特色。

Abstract
The combination of Flash technique and animation,can melt the multi-media with interacitive.to say actually,it realizes the flat surface cartoon to network,which forms a kingd of performance appearance.Dynamic cartoon and even in making multi-media in internet,music、moring、writing realize interactire connection,which is the coming trenand the contents become more and more colorful.It has formed the structure of multi-media competiting with each other,and proceeding together on orientation of internet multi-media. With the number of Internet surge, more and more business customers start to this propaganda network, the display platform, online advertising in recent years also showed rapid development trend. In the course of development of Internet advertising in a simple form of static banner ads have been unable to meet customer requirements, therefore, has emerged floating ads, pop-up ads and the large format, and other forms of advertising, the author studied in a large advertising network After the forms, combined with the production of traditional advertising, creative, and so on, that the future form of online advertising, Flash ads will be very promising.
This text introduced the Flash animation manufacture in the most basal knowledge and process and some related applied methodses of the creation Flash field view animation under CS3  software environments of the Flash CS3, and pass to create one Flash field view animation toward everyone to display the special features of a Flash animation.
