摘 要
    随着个人通信技术在20多年中不断发展成熟,人们在生活中对无线通信的依赖越来越 强,目前,全球的移动语音用户已超过了18亿 。同时,众多的使用者也对个人通信技术的发展提出了新的要求:通信设备的微型化、低功耗、高带宽、快速接入和多媒体化。而最关键的是能被广大用户负担得起的廉价终端设备和网络服务。  虽然3G网络的无线性能已经得到了较大的提高,但由于IPR的制约,应对市场的挑战和满足用户需求等领域还是有很多局限性。同时,昂贵的授权费用也制约了3G技术的发展,因而受到了技术简单、价格低廉的WiFi和Wimax的强烈挑战。用户的需求和市场的挑战迫切需要传输速率更快、时延更短、频带更宽以及运营成本更少的网络诞生。
LTE是包含在标准式之间的3GPP向 R8过渡,能够改善宽带移动网络标准,俗称为3.9G或3G(E3G)并由3GPP 3G和4G技术限定。根据用于调用本地的TD-LTE中,作为在LTE TDD标准R8的一部分的TD-SCDMA标准的演变。移动互联网服务的快速增长,TD-LTE系统是广泛结构和关键技术的TD-LTE系统,并具有在该研究中加以讨论,它是有效的。
LTE将大大提升用户对移动通信业务的体验,为运营商带来更大的技术优势和成本优势,大大提升了运营商的利润空间,巩固蜂窝移动技术的主导地位,有助于改善目前通信业务的IPR格局。无论是后续市场的需求还是作为未来十年一个具有较长竞争力的技术需求,LTE都得到了大家的一致关注。

ABSTRACT
As personal communications technology development mature in more than 20 years, people in life growing dependence on wireless communication, at present, the global mobile voice users has exceeded 1.8 billion. At the same time, many users also puts forward new requirements on the development of personal communication technology: communications equipment miniaturization, low power consumption, high bandwidth and fast access and multimedia. But the key is to be the customers affordable cheap terminals and network services. Although the 3 g network of wireless performance have got bigger, but because of the restriction of IPR, deal with the challenges of the market and meet the demand of the user still has many limitations. At the same time, the authorization of expensive cost also restrict the development of 3 g technology, by the simple technology, low cost of WiFi and Wimax strong challenges. The user's needs and the challenges of the market urgently needs to transfer rate faster, time delay is shorter and wider frequency band and operating costs less network was born.
Between the 3 GPP LTE is included in the standard to make the transition to the R8, can improve broadband mobile network standard, commonly known as 3.9 G or 3 G (E3G) by 3 GPP and 3 G and 4 G technology limited. To local used to invoke the td-scdma LTE, as part of the LTE TDD standard R8 the evolution of the td-scdma standard. The rapid growth of the mobile Internet services, the td-scdma LTE system is widely structure and key technology of td-scdma LTE system, and has discussed in this study, it is effective.
LTE will greatly improve the user experience on mobile communication business, bring operators greater technological advantages and cost advantages, enhance the profit space of the operators, consolidate the dominance of the cellular mobile technology, help to improve the communication service pattern of IPR. Follow-up the demand of the market or as the next ten years is longer than the competitiveness for a technical requirements, LTE got everyone's attention.
