流水线瓶装饮料错漏灌检测(论文9000字)
摘要:本设计模拟了一套建立在数字图像处理技术与MATLAB仿真软件上的流水线错漏灌检测系统,系统利用OS Generic Video Interface进行图像采集,对采集后的图像进行中值滤波、腐蚀膨胀的处理,利用连通区域面积的计算进行产品的比较与识别,通过用户交互界面进行人为监控。通过一系列实验证明,该系统只需要数毫秒就可以在绝大多数环境下识别出问题饮品,在很高亮度下的识别误差数值也只占饮品本身容量千分之四左右。

The recognization of procedural problem in pipeline canning technology in the beverage production
Abstract:In this article,there is a method described in detail which uses digital image processing technology and MATLAB simulation software to recognize  procedural problem products without direct contact and influencing product quality.Due to wide application of pipeline canning technology in the beverage production process nowadays,it’s hard to avoid mistakes in the capacity of some drinks after the process.These trouble can be caused by that the drink don't fill in the bottle or too much irrigation.What’s more,bottle expanding followed with the damage of quality.The faulty beverage cannot carry on sales,so it’s necessary to use a detecting method without direct contact and influencing product quality.
