摘  要
数控转台试验台是研究数控转台且将数控机床的切削加工行为转移到专用的试验平台,有助于缩减试验时间、降低试验成本、提高试验效率,为改进数控转台提供试验数据。论文主要是以数控回转工作台为研究对象,以获取复现数控转台静态承载为目标,来开展数控转台试验台静态控制系统的研究。
主要研究内容包括:
1.转台试验台模拟静态载荷加载。论文将数控转台试验台承载的静态力分解到转台坐标轴X、Y、Z三个方向上,根据所要测的转台的承载能力,利用液压油缸实现转台试验台静态载荷模拟加载试验,设计出符合转台功能要求的液压加载控制系统。
2.软硬件系统设计。数控转台试验台控制系统利用WINCC设计上位机及其功能分析,用S7-300作为下位机负责数字量、模拟量的控制,定义上下位机的通信协议,编写上位机控制程序,定义下位机的工作模式,实现静态载荷的模拟加载。
3. 论文结合试验台的控制系统完成模拟载荷加载试验,检验数控转台试验台的性能参数值。对比分析实际控制效果的数据表明,完成的数控转台试验台及其模拟加载系统可以满足试验要求,为数控转台的改进提供技术支持。

ABSTRACT
The function of NC rotary table test bench is that reappearing the cutting behavior of CNC machine transferred to the test platform, it can reduce test time, reduce test costs and improve test efficiency, and the test data obtained through the test bench can also be regarded as an important basis for its improvement of the CNC rotary table. In this paper, serial NC rotary tables are taken as the research subject; obtaining the static load of the NC rotary table are regarded as the target. Research on the static control system of the NC rotary table test bench.
The main contents are as following:
In terms of the static simulation loading of the test bench for the NC rotary table, the static stress of the NC rotary table may be decomposed along axis X Y Z directions, according to the carrying capacity and bearing type of the measured NC rotary table, we realize the static simulation loading of the NC rotary table with the composite action of the hydraulic cylinders, according to the functional requirements, we design the hardware system. To meet the requirements of the strength, we design the mounting bracket of the hydraulic cylinder.
The design of software and hardware system .NC rotary table uses WINCC to design Upper machine and its function analysis, using S7-300 as under a machine responsible for digital and analog control, define the upper and lower position machine communication protocol, write PC control program to define the machine's working mode, realize the load simulation of static load.
Paper test-bed control system to complete the load simulation load test, test the performance of the test-bed NC rotary table parameter values. Contrast analysis of the effect of actual control data show that NC rotary table test rig and its load simulation system can meet the test requirements, provide technical support for the improvement of NC rotary table.
