摘    要

动漫产业作为21世纪以信息技术、文化艺术、国民经济融为一体的文化艺术产业备受中央和地方政府的关注和支持，对全面提升文化强省软实力具有积极而重要的现实意义。近年，沈阳市的动漫产业发展迅速，目前已初步形成集创作、研发、制作、加工、出版、发行、教育培训、播出和衍生产品开发等于一体的完整产业体系，处于集群发展的初级阶段。沈阳市动漫产业集群具有一定的竞争能力，但仍然存在不少问题，唯有扬长避短，发挥已有优势，发掘潜在优势，才能进一步提高自己的国际竞争力。笔者通过对沈阳市动漫产业发展路径的研究，提出振兴沈阳市动漫产业的可行性建议，希望能促进上海动漫产业发展，提升上海动漫在业界的地位，让动漫产业在上海的GDP中占据举足轻重的位置。本文的研究结论可以给沈阳市制定动漫产业扶持政策提供有用的参考。

Abstract

Animation industry as the 21st century, information technology, arts and culture, economic integration of the arts industry, much of central and local government attention and support to enhance the cultural province of soft power have a positive and practical significance. ] In recent years, the rapid development of animation industry in Zhejiang Province, has formed set of creation, development, production, processing, publishing, distribution, education and training, broadcasting and derivative product development is one of the complete industrial system, in the early stages of cluster development . Animation industry in Zhejiang Province has a competitive cluster, but there are still many problems, only avoid weaknesses, play to existing strengths, identify potential advantages, in order to further enhance their international competitiveness. Through the development of Zhejiang Province, the path of the animation industry, animation industry to revive the feasibility of proposals, Zhejiang Province, Shanghai hopes to promote the animation industry, animation in the industry to enhance the status of Shanghai, so that the animation industry in Shanghai's GDP, account for a significant position. Conclusions of this study can give the animation industry in Zhejiang Province to develop support policies to provide a useful reference.
